1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of digital products and coaching services provided by Angela Carr. By purchasing, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (AUDIO DOWNLOADS)

Digital products are provided for educational purposes only. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. You acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations upon access.

3. COACHING SERVICES

Coaching services do not constitute therapy or medical advice. Clients accept full responsibility for their decisions and actions. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

4. VIP COACHING PROGRAMMES

Certain services require an application process. Submission of payment does not guarantee acceptance; if not accepted, a full refund will be issued.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angela Carr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of digital products or participation in coaching services. 5.2 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 5.3 Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the seller’s total liability to you shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service from which the liability arose.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials are the intellectual property of Angela Carr and are provided for personal use only.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
